Casa Rural Las Avutardas was a charming retreat just a few miles outside Cáceres. The old-fashioned decor may not be for everyone, but the cleanliness and pet-friendly atmosphere made up for it. The owner's English was impeccable, adding a personal touch to the already warm and helpful service.The rooftop terrace provided a stunning view of the town square, and the cozy shared lounge with a fireplace was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. Plus, having access to a shared kitchen with a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker was a convenient touch for making quick snacks or coffee.Located in a protected area for birdlife, the hotel was a nature lover's paradise. The owner's tips on local attractions and bird watching spots were invaluable. Casa Rural Las Avutardas offered a peaceful escape with plenty of character and comfortable amenities, making it an ideal base for exploring Cáceres and Trujillo.
